Sugar Free Fudge

Sugar free fudge, that is also completely vegan, easy and quick to make and requires only a few ingredients? Yes, you’re not dreaming!

I came across this recipe the other night just by chance, and it seemed so easy that I had to try it. When you have a little helper at home, whose patience will last only for a moment, descriptions such as easy, quick, child approved, will get my attention 😉 And this one didn’t disappoint us!

And just to mention, you can always change the flavor of the fudge easily by adding different spices or dried fruits, for example, to the mixture.




1/2 dl peanut butter (natural)
1 large ripe banana
1 tsp vanilla extract or powder
a pinch of salt
2 tsp coconut oil (melted)
2 tsp coconut sugar or maple syrup or erythritol

Optional: cacao or cocoa powder, cinnamon, dried fruits (chopped), chopped nuts, cacao nibs, etc.


• Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Make sure your cocoa butter or coconut oil is melted before use. If you use those extras (cacao, nuts, etc.), add them now and mix well.
• Then smooth the fudge into a container (cover it first with baking sheet) or candy molds.
• Place in the freezer for a few hours.
• Cut into small pieces and enjoy.

Store the fudge in the freezer, thaw at least 10 minutes prior to eating.
