Strawberry Bliss Balls

If you love coconut as much as I do, these Strawberry Coconut Bliss Balls are made just for you! So easy to take with you and grab from the fridge when you need a sweet pick me up. And you can always switch the strawberries to any other berries or fruits of your choice, if strawberries aren’t available or you just don’t like them.

These Strawberry Coconut Bliss Balls are made with 100% pure whole foods ingredients and are dairy-free, sugar-free, and gluten-free (if you use gluten-free oats).

Ingredients for about 15 balls:
200g strawberries (you can easily replace them with some other berries or fruits of your choice)
6 pitted soft dates (I prefer Medjools)
160ml oats
240ml desiccated coconut
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons coconut oil
approx. 50-100ml desiccated coconut to coat



• Process strawberries and dates until smooth.
• Add all the other ingredients and process in a high speed blender or food processor.
• Roll dough into balls and put desiccated coconut in a bowl and roll the balls in that to coat.
• Put them into a fridge for a couple of hours and enjoy!

Store them in an airtight container in the fridge.
