Easy homemade mango ice cream

Making homemade healthy ice cream is easier than you think! You don’t need any specific ice cream maker, just an efficient blender. And I don’t want to brag, but as far as homemade ice cream recipes go, this tropical one is by far the best.




Ingredients (3-4 servings):
5 dl frozen mango cubes
2 dl plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey


• Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until thick and creamy.
• Serve immediately. Add some of your favorite toppings, if you want. Try for example nuts or nut butter, shredded coconut, berries, jam, caramel sauce or cookie crumbles.
