If you’re already bored with banana pancakes but would love to enjoy your (healthy) sweet treat in the mornings (I’m not bored, could eat them like every day <3), this recipe is the one you have to try! Protein packed and loaded with fiber, easy to make and tastes like a sinful delicacy. What else do you need to start your day right!
Ingredients (4 pcs.):
1 dl porridge flakes (currently my favorite is barley)
1 dl of cottage cheese
A pinch of vanilla powder or extract and high quality salt
0.5 tsp baking powder
• Simply mix all the ingredients well with a blender or a hand mixer.
• Bake the pancakes with a frying pan in coconut or olive oil. Use medium heat, and be careful as they’ll burn easily if the pan is too hot!
• Top the pancakes with your favorite toppings like berries, fruits and nut butters and enjoy immediately 😛 .
